What to Expect During Your Session
There’s nothing sweeter than celebrating your baby’s first birthday with a cake smash session that’s fun, messy, and full of personality. Whether your little one dives right in or takes a more cautious approach, we’ll capture the joy, curiosity, and connection that make this milestone unforgettable.
The Session Flow
I know every baby is different, so I’ve designed the session to be flexible and fun. We’ll ease in with some classic portraits before the mess, capturing your child’s personality in a non-smash outfit. Once they’re comfortable and ready, we’ll move on to the main event—the cake smash! The entire process is relaxed and follows your baby’s lead.
What to Bring
You need to bring is a smash outfit, a towel, and some snacks and drinks for your child. I’ll take care of all the props, balloons, and setup, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!
After the Session
After the session, I’ll get to work editing your photos. Your images will be delivered via a private online gallery within two weeks. From there, you can download all of your high-resolution photos and share them with friends and family.
