MINI SESSIONS
Mini sessions with Kim VanOs Photography are short, creative photoshoots offered on select dates and locations throughout the year. These sessions are scheduled in advance and available only during the limited time slots released for each mini session.

What should we wear?
Once booked, I’ll send my KVP Welcome Guidee to help your family or graduate feel confident and coordinated without the stress.
What happens if my kids don’t cooperate or senior doesn't want their photos taken?
Don’t worry — I keep sessions relaxed, playful, and child-led to capture genuine moments naturally.
For senior graduates I connect with them and meet them where they are at.
Where are you located and where do sessions take place?
I’m based in Avondale, AZ and photograph sessions throughout the greater Phoenix area. Sessions can take place outdoors, in your home, or at select studios and specialty locations.
When will I receive my gallery?
Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session or the date you let me know your selected photos.
What happens before my session?
Every session includes an email or phone consultation to discuss your vision, choose a location, and answer any questions before your session.
A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.
Is the Signature Session right for us?
If you value relaxed sessions, real connection, and photos that feel like your life—not a performance—then yes. This session was designed with that exact experience in mind.
How do location fees work?
Locations will be a line item on your invoice and treated as part of the overall package price.
What are add-ons and do I need to decide at booking?
Add customize your photography experience. Some will need to be determined at booking and others can wait until after your receive your gallery.
