I’m Kim VanOs, a senior photographer based in Avondale, Arizona, serving the entire West Valley including Goodyear, Buckeye, Litchfield Park, Surprise, and West Phoenix. I recently completed my very first Cap and Gown Mini Session of the season, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it—and let you know that I have a few more spots for graduating seniors.
A Relaxed Cap & Gown Session at My Avondale AZ Studio Backyard
This recent senior session took place right here in my backyard in Avondale, AZ, featuring a beautiful natural green tree backdrop. The vibe was calm, relaxed, and focused on capturing genuine moments—no pressure, no awkward posing, just a senior celebrating a huge milestone.
One of my favorite parts of this session was when his twin sister joined in for a few photos, making the gallery even more meaningful and personal.
I had previously photographed this senior, Corbin, back in October at Roosevelt Dam for his full senior session. Because he booked early, he also qualified for a Cap & Gown Mini Session as part of his experience, which is something I love offering to my early-booking seniors.
