Photographer. Mom. Storykeeper.
I’m an Avondale, Arizona photographer creating meaningful family, milestone and senior portraits for moms throughout Phoenix’s West Valley.
Because the seasons that feel ordinary today are often the ones we’ll miss the most tomorrow.
Why Photographs Matter to Me
Years ago, I fell in love with a photograph of my grandmother wearing her wedding dress.
That photograph meant so much to me that I wore the same dress on my own wedding day. And now, my daughter hopes to wear it someday too.
One photograph became part of three generations of our family’s story.
That’s when I understood that photographs aren’t simply pictures of what we looked like. They become pieces of our history—the people we loved, the seasons we lived, and the stories we pass down.
Now, as a mom of two teenagers, I understand that even more.
I’ve watched bedtime stories become school activities, packed lunches become conversations about the future, and childhood somehow turn into the teenage years.
It’s why I care so deeply about preserving the ordinary moments alongside the milestones.
Be present. I’ll preserve the season.
Photographing stories close to home.
Avondale is home, and I love photographing families throughout Arizona’s West Valley.
From golden desert sunsets and open trails to the places your family already loves, Arizona gives us beautiful backdrops for family photos. But the location isn’t what matters most.
It’s the moments that happen there.
The hand your child reaches for, the laughter between poses, and the little pieces of this season you never want to forget.
As an Avondale and West Valley family photographer, I’m here to create natural, timeless photographs that help you remember not just what your family looked like, but how this season felt.
Based in Avondale and serving Goodyear, Buckeye, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, and surrounding West Valley communities.
Family memories and high school senior portraits are where my heart is.
A Photography Experience Designed Around You
Kids don’t need to behave perfectly. Seniors don’t need to know how to pose. The best photographs happen when everyone feels comfortable enough to simply be themselves.
From choosing a location and planning outfits to knowing what to do in front of the camera, I’ll guide you through the experience while leaving plenty of room for real moments to happen.
The goal isn’t simply a beautiful gallery. It’s creating photographs that bring you back to the people, personalities, and season of life you never want to forget.
Mom First
Being a mom to two teenagers is where I learned just how quickly time passes—and why photographing these moments matter so much to me.
Creative Soul
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me making cards, trying something new, or creating just for fun.
Story Collector
I love books, old photographs, family stories, and anything that helps me understand the people and moments that shape us.
Fur Family
Life at our house includes a dog, cats, and friends dogs or cat while they are out of town, occasional foster pets who remind me that every story deserves love.
Community Heart
After years as a Girl Scout leader, I believe in encouraging others and helping people feel seen.
Desert Lover
Arizona’s wide-open spaces, golden light, and quiet trails will always feel like home.
“I believe the best photographs happen when people forget the camera is there. My job is to create that space—where families can just be families, and seniors can just be themselves.”
In my CanvasRebel features, I dive deeper into what drives my photography—the importance of preserving authentic moments, how motherhood shaped my perspective on family photography, and why I chose to build my business around genuine human connection rather than trends.

Most of my days are spent photographing families, seniors, and milestones across the West Valley, helping people preserve the seasons of life they never want to forget.
But every once in a while, I get the opportunity to tell a different kind of story.
Recently, I had the honor of photographing album artwork for local musician Benny Ratiu, creating images that are now being used for his music release and streaming platforms.
While the setting and purpose may be different, my approach stays the same: connect with the person in front of my camera, understand their story, and create images that feel true to who they are.
Whether I’m photographing a family laughing together, a senior celebrating who they are becoming, or an artist sharing their work with the world, my goal is always the same—create photographs that feel meaningful, personal, and unforgettable.
If you’re looking for an Avondale photographer who will take the time to know your people—not just pose them—I’d love to create something meaningful with you.
