Benny Bear holds a special place in my heart. I helped him find his forever home after a friend could no longer care for him. He even lived with me for a while as I fostered him, and our bond is undeniable. Silvie, his cat sister, is the epitome of sweetness—timid at first, but once she warms up, she’s all purrs, head bumps, and rolling on the floor for treats. Photographing her was a delight, though I’ll admit, the camera can barely do her justice.
Benny Bear, on the other hand, is a true character. With his regal posture and striking coloring, he reminds me of the Lion King—confident and proud. He greets you at the door, ready to show off and play with his favorite toy. Capturing his spirit was all about timing and patience, and the results are images that truly reflect his “king of the house” personality.
